Along the way, I was seconded to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to work on water challenges and later helped drive ING’s Wholesale Banking sustainability strategy on climate, biodiversity and human rights. Each step in my career has deepened my belief that finance can be a force for good, and that conviction drives the work I do today.'

With our Leaders in Sustainable Finance Event, we aim to bring together high-level speakers and attendees to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and ideas.

Therefore, this event should be of interest to Sustainable Finance Professionals, but also for leaders who, while not engaged in compliance daily, view it as a crucial element in strategic management.

Based on last year’s edition, we expect to welcome 225+ attendees from 70+ organizations, both public and private. Our event is driven by a clear mission.

First, we want to bring the (financial) professionals in the Sustainable Finance space together and encourage knowledge sharing and exchange of best practices.

Secondly, we hope to add value in the deepening of cooperation between the different stakeholders in the Sustainable Finance sector, among other things, by facilitating the forming of new relationships and to deepen existing relationships.

Finally, above all we want to achieve that all participants will travel home after the conference full of energy and enthusiasm.

How to get there

The event will take place at Pakhuis de Zwijger, Piet Heinkade 179, 1019 HC Amsterdam.

Pakhuis de Zwijger is easily accessible, located within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. Public transport stops right outside (tram 26 CS – P&R Zeeburg), and there are several parking garages adjacent to the building:
