While models form the core of our services, we perceive them as means rather than an end. Statistics are no substitute for judgment. It is of crucial importance that models are used in the right context; that decision makers understand what a model can and cannot do; that the models are aligned with the client’s strategy; and that the right level of oversight is in place.
