Short biography
Maarten Edixhoven is CEO of Van Lanschot Kempen. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of AEGON Netherlands and was a member of the AEGON Management Board.  

Earlier in his career, he held several senior roles at ING, including Head of Corporate Compliance and Head of Individual and SME Pensions at Nationale Nederlanden, and worked internationally, including in the Czech Republic.  

He later became CEO of Zwitserleven and a member of the management committee of SNS REAAL.  

Alongside his executive roles, Edixhoven has held various board and advisory positions, including as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Dutch Association of Insurers, a board role at VNO NCW, and as a member of the Advisory Board of the UMC Alzheimer Research Center.
